Shipibo Bone Tepi Protection

Beautifully handcrafted Tepis for administering rapé. Due to the handmade nature, the Tepis may vary slightly.

Each Tepi is unique in that the seed bead colours vary. The pattern is always the same.

This is probably one of the most intricate and colourful tepi’s we have ever had. There’s so much detail on it it’s hard to know where to start to describe it!

The pipe is made from crocodile bone and has colourful Shipibo seed bead decoration for healing and protection and porcupine quills which really add to the look! Each tepi is also decorated with a piece of Ayahuasca.

Ayahuasca vine is a powerful plant medicine that has been used by indigenous communities in South America for centuries for its psychoactive properties. PATTERN
Each Tepi has a seed bead Shipibo pattern for protection, the colours are bright and really make the tepi come alive.

Porcupine represents defense, protection, and shielding. The Porcupine is a liaison to the Spirit realm, particularly for warriors; the tribe admired the Porcupine’s defense mechanism and believed the Spirit Animal could bridge the gap between tribal members and the Divine.
